How do I contact support?
If you have an issue related to Zombie Moon, we want to help resolve it. By creating a ticket, we can keep track of the issues and more easily assign the problem to the best support person to fix it. You can also be informed of updates, requests for more information, and resolutions.
There are two ways to open a ticket:
- Click on the 'Submit a ticket' link on this site, log in and create a ticket.
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com
When opening a ticket, please remember to include the following:
- Your in-game name and/or player id (same as your referral number)
- Clearly state the problem
- If this is an order fulfillment issue, please include the name of the payment processor (Google or Apple) and the receipt id that you received from them.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that during Holidays or weekend, response times may be increased.
